Date of Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.
Proof of Residence – any one of the following: Ration Card / Aadhar Card / Passport.
Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
Note: Submission of the admission form or appearance for the test does not guarantee admission.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to appear for a written test.
The decision of the Management in all admission matters shall be final and binding.
Selected candidates must submit the following original documents at the time of admission:
- Final Report Card
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) duly countersigned by the Education Officer
- Copy of the Transfer Certificate of the parent (in case of change of state)
- Document/Proof of Parent’s Profession (Letter/Certificate from the employer or organization)
